Matthew A. Bittel, SIOR has been active in South Florida’s commercial real estate market for over a decade and has completed more than 5.6 million square feet of transactions valued in excess of $370 million dollars.*
Mr. Bittel’s comprehensive approach focuses solely on his clients' goals. While representing tenants, his objectives include the reduction and control of occupancy costs. While representing landlords, Bittel utilizes his market knowledge to drive rents, limit concessions and secure credit tenants for mid-sized to institutional owners of commercial real estate. Mr. Bittel concentrates on industrial and office sales, tenant and landlord representation. He is also responsible for marketing and leasing Flagler Station—South Florida’s largest business park that consists of 5 million square feet of industrial, office, and retail space.

Mr. Bittel is a Miami, Florida native, serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committees of numerous organizations, is a graduate of Greater Miami Chamber’s Leadership Miami, and is actively involved in key industry organizations, including National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF).
Bittel resides in Palmetto Bay with his wife and daughter.
