Phil Marchese is currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of Flagler’s 2.1 million square foot regional portfolio, including SouthPark Center in the South Orlando business district, Maitland Promenade II, and Reserve at Maitland.
Mr. Marchese brings nearly a decade of real estate experience to his role as Vice President. Prior to joining Flagler, he served as Senior Associate at Morrison Commercial Real Estate, where he specialized in office landlord and tenant representation throughout Central Florida. His recent significant transactions include Starwood Vacation Ownership, New York Life, United Healthcare Group, Booking.com, Centene Corporation, Marriott Vacation Club, Taylor Morrison Homes, and Diamond Resorts International.
He is actively involved in industry associations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and is a Past President of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders.
Mr. Marchese is actively involved in industry associations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He is also a Past President of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Program. In addition, Mr. Marchese is affiliated with University of Central Florida’s Real Estate Academic Leaders program and the Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida.
