Experience

Scott Bell is currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of Flagler’s 2.1 million square foot regional portfolio, including SouthPark Center in the South Orlando business district, Maitland Promenade II, and Reserve at Maitland.

Mr. Bell has nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience with a transaction volume that exceeds $850 million in the Florida market. The seasoned professional has represented major companies including AT&T, BNY Mellon, JP Morgan Chase, Foley & Lardner, Broad and Casel, PNC Bank, and United HealthCare Group. He also managed key institutional relationships with TIAA/CREF, Prudential Real Estate Investors and Goldman Sachs.

Previously, Scott served as Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, and had long tenures at CB Richard Ellis, Lincoln Property Company, and Carter. He is a former past president for the Central Florida Chapter of the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks (NAIOP) and the University of Central Florida Alumni Association. He is still active with both of these organizations.

Active in industry and professional organizations, Mr. Bell is a Past President of the Central Florida Chapter of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the University of Central Florida (UCF) Alumni Association. He is also affiliated with the UCF Dr. Phillips Real Estate School Advisory Board, White Horse Capital Fund – National Board of Directors, and the Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida.
