Stuart Gordon, SIOR is a highly regarded and accomplished broker with nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed more than 20 million square feet of transactions valued at over $1 billon dollars.

Mr. Gordon has been active in South Florida’s real estate market and has concentrated on both the sales, tenant and landlord representation in addition to being responsible for marketing and leasing Flagler Station—South Florida’s largest business park that consists of 5 million square feet of industrial, office, and retail space.

Mr. Gordon is active in key industry organizations, including the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF). He has received many awards including NAIOP Industrial Broker of the Year, Real Estate Forum Nation’s Leading Dealmakers, Project Sale of the Year, Lease of the Year, Build-To-Suit of the Year, and Industrial/Commercial Development of the Year.
