Kolleen O.P. Cobb is General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Flagler. She is responsible for all legal affairs of Flagler and its affiliates and subsidiaries. Mrs. Cobb focuses on corporate governance, development projects, land and asset sales and acquisitions, financing, commercial leases, and joint venture transactions and the preparation of service agreements for the development, management and brokerage divisions.
Prior to joining Flagler in 2000, Mrs. Cobb was with Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, a New York-based law firm, where she provided legal advice relating to the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of commercial real property and joint venture transactions, including public/private transactions.
Mrs. Cobb earned her bachelor's degree, master’s degree, and her juris doctorate from the University of Florida. She was also a member of the University of Florida Law Review. and is a member of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar, and the Urban Land Institute today.
