With nearly 20 years of service to Flagler, Colleen Goedert has been instrumental in helping the company grow into the commercial real estate leader it is today. As Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Goedert is responsible for the Company’s staffing, compensation, benefits, training, ongoing professional development, performance review structure, human resources information systems, employee relations, and protocols.
Ms. Goedert first joined the company, formerly Codina Group Inc., in 1992. During her tenure, the industry veteran has overseen complex human resource issues related to the Company’s merger in 2006 and acquisition by parent company Fortress Investment Group, LLC in 2007. Ms. Goedert implemented effective change management strategies to ensure the Company retained key employees and effectively mixed the two company cultures.
Prior to joining Flagler, Ms. Goedert served as Controller for Teak Refrigeration & Bayshore Equipment, a major Florida wholesaler of commercial refrigeration units, air conditioners and icemakers; and assistant controller with Riverview Boat Lines, one of the largest tourism businesses in Wisconsin.
Ms. Goedert is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), as recognized by the Society of Human Resource Management, and holds a master’s in accounting and a bachelor’s in business from Nova Southeastern University.
